My Time To Tell The Truth
In the United States it is a violation of the law to take profit from making either written or verbal claims about a product and then selling the product. Because I was married to Kal who had the manufacturing company, I was unable to make any statements about CMO. This would have been a violation of the “gag order” the government placed upon CMO Distribution Centers of America and everyone taking profit, including myself by marriage.

I am no longer married to Dr. Sands' son, I receive no benefit through joint property now, so the government can't stop me from telling the truth.  Whether you listen to my story on this web site, read the free ebook by Dr. Sands or buy his paperback, whatever you do, hear the truth about the cure for arthritis.

The Facts of the Situation

If Dr. Sands and his son Kal proved to the FTC that CMO cures arthritis, it would have to become a drug that "treats, cures, mitigates or diagnoses" an illness.  After hiring the prestigious firm of Bell Boyd & Lloyd, they learned it would take 200 million dollars (or more) to go through the drug approval process.

Instead of proving their claims to the FTC and ending up in the lap of the FDA with 200 million dollar drug approval costs, they made a settlement with the FTC.  It was a unique agreement in that they were among the first to force the FTC to do their job "protect the consumer" instead of making FDA type judgments about medical claims.  The agreement neither denied nor confirmed the claims CMO cured arthritis but rather it was up to the person who took CMO to decide if the claims were valid or not.  A letter offering a refund was sent to everyone.  I remember getting flooded by letters that said they didn't want their money back because it worked.  Many suggested the FTC go "jump in a lake" in various terms.

One would wonder why I became involved in advocating for CMO without profiting financially from the sale of the product.  I have a strong, independent nature.  I believe there is right and there is wrong. CMO was very helpful to me and millions of others,  I didn’t appreciate the government having put a gag on me. We certainly have a need for government regulations.  We need to be protected from unscrupulous scammers that profit from the suffering of others. On the other hand when something comes along as helpful as CMO, the public has a right to know about it. So I converted my publishing company to a nonprofit organization and I am giving Dr. Sands' book away.  My forefathers would be giving me a pat on the back for speaking out and I wish I had done so earlier. More people could have been helped.
