...Dr. Sands says the SDC research team has developed a product called Cerasomal-cis-9-cetylmyristoleate (CMO) that has been especially effective for the pain and inflammation of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This product, an oral form of CMO, is the cerasomal form of cetylmyristoleate. Significantly it has a high level of bioavailability, whereas a free-cetylmyristoleate form is not highly bioavailable in oral form.

Elena G., age 38, was in nearly constant pain in both knees. She had resorted to codeine and aspirin for relief, but her symptoms were worsening. She came to see Dr. Sands after hearing about this “one-time therapy that brings a complete and permanent remission.” An exam confirmed that Elena had osteoarthritis but was in good health otherwise.

Elena was told to refrain from alcohol, caffeine, and chocolate consumption for a month, and to take four CMO capsules daily for fifteen days.

“I started to feel better the second day,” Elena said. “I couldn’t believe it was the CMO until a week later when I found that the pain and inflammation were completely gone.” Her four-week follow up exam confirmed her remission: completely unrestricted movement and no inflammation.

Curing rheumatoid arthritis
Unlike Elena’s straightforward progress [using CMO], cases of rheumatoid arthritis such as Guadalupe C’s are complex. Guadalupe, only age 29 when she came to SDC in January 1999, had been diagnosed with this usually debilitating condition in 1992. Her hands were deformed and she had difficulty walking. She says she couldn’t even drive a car and had severe pain in her hands, elbows, and legs. She tested positive for rheumatoid factor and showed significant mycoplasma. Dr. Sands says, “Experience has taught us that treating severe arthritis -- and many other diseases -- is futile as long as high mycoplasma levels remain.”

While Guadalupe’s Myc-Vac was being prepared, she was started on CMO capsules, chelation, and Allergo-Stop injections. Allergo-Stop is a non-toxic treatment that works against the auto-antibodies normally present in the blood of patients with autoimmune disorders. It stimulates the immune system to produce normal antibodies by blocking and destroying the bad antibodies that cause the disease.

The following month when Guadalupe returned to the clinic, physicians saw marked improvement. She could walk without discomfort and had much less pain in her hips. Her hand inflammation had also decreased. In July, Allergo-Stop treatment was repeated, and glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate were added for two months to help regenerate cartilage. By September, she was free of pain and inflammation. After finishing Allergo-Stop treatment, she was tested and found to be in remission. CMO was continued to prevent further autoimmune attacks. The results of CMO are so impressive that nothing that mainstream or natural medicine has to offer can come close to the dramatic reversals in arthritis that have been observed ... The link between CMO and arthritis was discovered at the National Institutes of Health ... Standard medical treatment is aimed at symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation and has shown to actually accelerate the disease process ... In contrast, the CMO protocol works rapidly and does not need to be continued in the vast majority of cases.”

The West Coast Jewish News reports: “CMO successfully intervenes in both the osteo and rheumatoid arthritic process. The proof that CMO is acting as a modulator is demonstrated by the fact that subjects with hypertension [high blood pressure] and others with hypotension [low blood pressure] have both seen their blood pressures normalize as a result of taking CMO. The Military Press reports: “T-cells incite macrophages to attack the body’s own cartilage ... macrophages [are] like garbage collectors inside your body. Their job is to get rid of any foreign matter and organisms they encounter ... and they clean up waste matter as well. That includes any fragments of unhealthy cartilage damaged by some physical trauma or produced by some invading organism like that which causes rheumatic fever ... In the case of arthritis, regardless of whether it’s rheumatoid or osteo, once macrophages have dealt with some particles of cartilage they develop a chemical message that’s passed on to the memory T-cells ... [which] develop a program instructing more and more macrophages to dispose of more and more cartilage. Unfortunately, that program doesn’t distinguish between healthy and unhealthy cartilage. So the onslaught against your joints begins ... CMO acts to normalize the programs in the memory T-cells that are directing the macrophage attacks against the cartilage and the joints. Thus it intervenes in the arthritic process itself regardless of whether it is osteo or rheumatoid. Once the arthritic process is halted and the macrophage attacks are stopped, the body’s own healing mechanisms can deal with the inflammation, and its resulting pains soon disappear as well. The effects seem to be permanent.”

The media in Europe says

Womans Own, a British magazine devoted a whole page to the story of eleven year old girl under the title “I thought only older people got arthritis”. The magazine reports on the wonderful and long lasting improvement this young girl got after CMO therapy.

In Norway, Scandinavia, the top selling and highly respected magazine, Hjemmet, reported on its front cover, the sensational headline: “New natural find removes arthritis”. What followed was a two page spread inside the magazine reporting on CMO, and how a Norwegian schoolteacher who had to stop teaching as he could not lift his hand because of his arthritis.
